You are bidding on a very nice 66 mustang. i am listing this for a friend and i have been in the car restoration and mechanicing business for about 35 years, so here we go. this car was completely restored approximately 5 years ago and sold to the present owner 3 years ago. the engine had around 75,000 miles on the car when it was rebuilt, i don't know about the trans but the trans is very clean as if it was done when car was restored. recently the car had new rear wheel cylinders and brakes lines, shoes and drums turned. it has also had a front end alignment with the addition of a tie rod end replacement. the fuel tank and lines was replaced also in the last 3 years by the present owner. this car was driven to and from school by a very responsible 17 year old to the present time and him being 19 now. he has taken very good care of this classic car and really does not want to sell it but mom says it has to go so he can get newer transportation to finish college in. the interior is in great shape with one crack in the dash pad, otherwise it is very clean and new looking on the inside. glass is in very good condition, front windshield has one rock peck and wiper marks only on the passenger side. i did not see any door dings or anything bad on the paint and paint has great shine with no dull spots. all weatherstripping is in great shape with no rain leaks in the car, tires are above 75% tread left. engine has had recent tune up, turn signal switch is new and tailights are also new. car has been recently undercoated and everything works except the stock radio, car passed vehicle inspection in memphis tn and has current registration. if you have any questions email will work or you may call me at 901-237-4262.
