Body: The body of this '26 is in good condition. I do not see any current signs of rust or body damage. The paint is old and has the normal scratches, chips & blemishes associated with a 20+ year old paint job. There was a paint repair on the passenger side cowl in which the color did not match well, but the body appears to be sound underneath. The car presents well and appears that it would be a relatively easy car to repaint. Drivetrain: The engine in this '26 runs excellent and is one of the easiest cars to start of this vintage we have ever seen. Simply switch on the ignition, pull the choke and depress the start button and she is on. Beautiful mechanical music! The fan hub bearing and small fiber gear will need to be replaced before the car can be driven any distance. The water pump and generator are driven off of the side of the engine therefore the car can be started and driven short distances safely. The transmission shifts correctly and the rest of the mechanicals seems sound. Interior: The interior is in good condition and looks great. The seat upholstery was replaced withing the last year or two and fits well. The materials used appear to be of a good quality as well. The tires were recently replaced, including the spare.
