The Jaguar has passed a strict pre-purchase inspection and a resent California smog.Ocean Beach Auto Warehouse is a wholesale auto dealer to the public. My prices are so low because my dealership is an indoor warehouse with no salesmen or advertising expenses, I sell my inventory online or to big retail auto dealers. You will not find a 2005 Clean Title Jaguar XK8 with low miles in this outstanding condition at this price anywhere!!! This Jaguar body and interior is in excellent condition. The exterior condition of this vehicle shows that it was garaged, well taken care of and never in any accidents. This Jaguar is a non smoker vehicle. The engine is mechanically sound and can be driven anywhere with confidence.There are no defects present on this vehicle. There is only 51,974 miles on this vehicle! There are no dings visible on the exterior of this vehicle.This vehicle has a smooth shifting transmission.All power equipment is functioning properly.There is 97% tread life left on the $1200.00 tires on the 19in sport rims. This Jaguar is in excellent condition. There are only a few flaws, such as rock chips on the hood, a small scratch on the rear quarter panel, two cracks in the wood around the shifter and clear coat on the top of the steering wheel. • This auction is subject to prior sale. All our vehicles are available for sale locally at our licensed retail location in California.
• Please do not bid if you do not know you have the financial ability to carry out the purchase. If you don't already have guaranteed approved financing please contact us before bidding.
• If you will be financing the purchase without any other seperate cash payment please ensure you have your loan approved to cover both the purchase price, any applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery charges. Please also ensure the financial institution providing your financing understands you will be purchasing the vehicle from a state-registered California auto dealer.
• The final winning price excludes all applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery/shipping charges.
• A $55 California DMV documentation fee will apply to all sales.
• The winning bidder must pay a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of auction. If the winning bidder is outside the USA we require a 1000.00 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the purchaser fails to complete the transaction for any reason. Deposits will be refunded in full if Ocean Beach Auto Warehouse fail to complete the transaction for any reason.
• The winning bidder must complete the sale within 3 days of close of auction. If this will not be possible you must contact us to make other arrangements. If not we reserve the right to relist the vehicle and/or sell it locally.
• This used vehicle is sold subject to all applicable California State Board of Equalization rules and regulations.
• This used vehicle is sold AS IS according to California law.
• We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 10 days of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise we guarantee to the title will be clean and free of all liens. The title will be completed according to California DMV regulations. We cannot be responsible for different DMV regulations in other states or countries.
• Vehicles sold to non-California residents must be professionally transported out of state or California sales tax will be applied to the purchase.
• California residents are required to physically complete the relevant DMV paperwork in person at our license business premises.
• The buyer may request an independant mechanical inspection at their own expense. The buyer agrees to give Ocean Beach Auto Warehouse a copy of the inspection report and an oppourtunity to address any issues found.
• We accept Certified & Cashier's Checks and Bank transfers in US Dollars. We can accept payments from recognized financial institutions such as Credit Unions.
