This means: by using CNG you will save about $1,000 for every 16,000 miles. - Once more: the SAVINGS ARE $ 1000 for EVERY 16,000 MILES. - CNG burns super cleanly. It does not leave any deposits in cylinders or valves. Therefore, CNG engines have a long and trouble free life. - There are more and more CNG stations all around the country. In ideal conditions (freeway driving and both tanks completely full), this truck can run for: 11x20 + 23x20 = 680 miles. In normal driving, the range is: 10x17 + 23x17 = 561 miles.
