Another nice find here at THE AUTO HOUSE- The vehicle can be inspected or viewed at 6655 Brentwood Blvd. Brentwood, CA 94513. You are welcome to call me at 925-634-2227 Mike 1979 MG 4 speed- This is a ONE OWNER CA CAR!! The MG is in overall nice shape especially for the year!! It runs and drives fine, oil was just changed and the brakes checked. It just passed CA smog- The paint is good with a couple of small chips and scratches here and there. The pin stripe can be removed--Windshield has a small star in the lower right- The front bumper has a small scuff mark on the corner driver's side- The top is in good shape with the plastic faded a bit- There is a boot for the top and a boot to cover the cab when the top is down. Interior seats are nice- rugs are worn where along the rails on both sides from age- the dash has a small crack in the center. Mechanically, the car runs well. I could not get the heater fan to turn on- Tires are ok- There is no rust corrosion to speak of- the interior bottom of the trunk has some surface rust from the paint chipping off The vehicle is sold as is where is with no implied warranty- CA residents must pay CA sales tax and dmv license fees- If purchased out of state, you must have the vehicle transported to avoid paying CA sales tax-On Aug-28-10 at 21:17:23 PDT, seller added the following information: The odometer is a 5 digit and it shows 29K- I am sure the miles have turned over and I am not representing acutal miles!! On Aug-29-10 at 15:02:06 PDT, seller added the following information: Guess I could of spelt actual correct in my last note- darn it, I can't go back once posted- Anyway, I discovered today that the GAS GAUGE is not registering!!-- She has a full tank now but the gauge reads empty- 31 years old- the car is nice, but not perfect-
