This was listed on here before and I have now lowered my reserve and asking price...so those of you who are seriously intersted have a better chance of purchasing this truck. I am willing to partial trade as long as you have cash to accompany the trade...or if you have a vehicle worth as much as this truck. Up for bid/sale is my very rare and hard to find (especially in this condition) 1981 Dodge Ram W250,4x4,Crew cab. I bought this truck in California and drove it Michigan. This is absolutely one of the cleanest,entirely rust free trucks that I have ever seen. This truck was rustproofed inside and out ,which in my opinion is why it is completely and absolutely rust free to this day. So here is what this 1981 Power Ram is all about;.... Currently this truck has the original 54,000+ mile drivetrain, which consists of a 318 c.i. and a 727 automatic transmission(3 Speed),w/4x4. The engine runs absolutely perfect and beautiful and does not have ANY "lifter tick" that Mopars are known for...it runs so nice and quiet you hardly know it's running when it is. The trans shifts smooth and right on time. The 4x4 works perfect. It has manual lockers on the outside. This truck came with no options,so what it has on it,works as it should...such as the wipers,blower motor,cigarette lighter,dashboard lighting,headlights,tailights,blinkers etc; All the windows and locks work perfect. All the door glass is perfect. All doors open and close with ease. All the weatherstripping around the windows and doors are in excellent condition but a piece or two may or may not need to be replaced (your choice). I installed the bench seat from the 1992 in the back and put 04 Ram seats in front. I put brand new molded (black) carpet in it too. I had the windows professionally tinted. I put in a new battery,new radiator,clutch fan,thermostat,new altenator,voltage regulator,speedometer cable,has brand spanking new 17in. "Raceline" rims w/ 265/75-17 Goodyear Wranglers RT/S @60% tread and a spare tire/rim. Truck has Dana 60 axles with 4;10 differentials w/NPG 205 transfer case. I also installed a tachometer and 3 gauge(volt,temp,oil)pod,also has a reese hitch and a 5 pin round plug and a 4 flat. I found a used visor online,with clearance lights and installed it. These few items make it look like a 1992 Ram. You may have noticed that the headlights are sitting low in accordance with the grill. DON'T WORRY..... The headlights will be in the correct position once I change the radiator core support(prior to sale). This truck needs very little to be one BAD AZZ truck. A real nice two tone paint job and a cummins drivetrain and install the PW/PL and the other 1992 parts and this will be one helluva truck! Any questions?
