Up for bid is a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. The vehicle features: Patriot Blue Pearl Coat exterior with Agate Leather (black) interior 4.7L Power Tech V8 Quadra-Trac II On Demand 4WD Leather Seats AM/FM Cassette/CD (Infinity 6 speaker system) Steering Wheel Audio Controls Power front and passenger seats Fog lamps Power heated fold-away mirrors Heated seats Trailering package (Trailer Tow Group IV) Power Sunroof Currently has approximately 107,000 miles on it On the exterior, there is some minor damage to the front bumper as you can see in the pictures. Otherwise, the paint is still bright and in good shape with a few scratches here and there. Vehicle was waxed regularly with good quality synthetic wax. On the interior, it is in good shape overall. No tears in the seats, etc. Just average wear-and-tear on the floor mats and carpet as you might expect in a 10 year old vehicle. The car is in operating condition. The check engine light does NOT come on when the car is started and the car starts with just a turn of the key. There are no obvious leaks (I park the car in the same place every evening so I would notice if anything was dripping onto the concrete). The oil was changed regulary at approximately 3,000 mile intervals. The tires were replaced in June, 2010 with Goodyear Wrangler tires. Additional recent maintenance includes: New battery (2010) New shocks (2010) Replaced rear axle seals to correct leak (2010) New front brakes and rotors (2009) New starter(2008) Regular dealer maintenance was performed including a major maintenance service (cooling system flush, transmission fluid change, transfer case service, and differential service) at 75,000 miles. In the spirit of full disclosure, I am aware of the following issues with the vehicle: The pneumatic piston that holds up the hood no longer functions, meaning that you have to hold the hood up manually or put a broomstick in place in order to keep the hood up. The air conditioning is still cold but not as cold as when new. The brakes occasionally squeek when stopping. The spare tire rim is in place but the spare tire is flat. I am the original and only owner of this vehicle and I tried to take care of this vehicle as I used it as my primary means of transportation to and from work. It was seldom used for towing as I do not own a boat, camper, trailer, or anything else requiring towing. I found another vehicle that was for sale with a deal too good to pass up so now I am selling.
