1986 Monte carlo SS T-top car. All original. Get in and go. Does have a crack in windshield. Runs great drives good. V8. Interior in good shape. T-tops don't leak. No AC cause T-top car. Body in great shape. Tires are good condition. Overall great car. If you have any questions feel free to call me 828-216-7386 The title showing issues was only due to a lien, which has been released. The mileage issues are unknown, but all the numbers on motor and car match. i know that the car has not been driven hardly in the past 7 years. I have no knowledge of odometer tampering or rollback.
