Vehicle Detail
This car has been mine for 19 years. I believe the car had two previous owners, the car was originally sold in California and I picked it up in Las Vegas. I got the car rust free, the car has not changed much, except it got restored 5 years ago, Since the restoration the car has always been garage kept. The engine is solid in this car, the only high performance upgrade this car has is a edelbrock torker to intake, mallory blaster coil and headman headers and glasspack mufflers and edelbrock carburetor and the rest of this car is stock. The tires are new, this car has never been wrecked, the floor pans have no rust. The paint that I used to paint this car is ppg paint called avalanche blue. The car runs great but the clutch feels a little high. Besides this the shifter mechanism is worn out so it makes it hard to find the gears if you don't know the car. To fix this you would need to rebuild the shifter mechanism, it's a Hurst shifter. The only reason I did not fix the shifter is that I did not want anybody else to drive the car but me and my wife, you can get used to drive it this way, it helps when family members ask you to borrow the car and if anybody ever tried to steal it they would have a hard time. To replace the shifter mechanism you can pay $485.00 or have it rebuilt for $200.00 by Hurst. This car comes with an 18 spline manual transmission also known as a Hemi trnasmission, this is a very rare transmission,. they all came 23 spline. It has the matching rear end Dana 60, Only Hemis came out with this transmission and rear end combo. The engine is original in this car, if you can get a hold of a Hemi and install it with this combo this car would be worth some serious money, I have seen them sell for over $70,000 some even over $100,000 and they wre not original Hemis, they just had the right transmission with the right engine as well as the rear end. The car has been stored for about three years, the car runs great. Thank you for taking your time to look over my car, if you have any questions give me a call anytime. Call Gabe (915)355-0271. Please call for more info before bidding the car is being sold as is. I do have the car for sale locally so the car can be pulled out of ebay anytime. Also, Please bid if you have the money available. Thank you for taking the time to look over my car.
