This vehicle is being listed for the second time with "NO RESERVE" because the buyer said that her brother illegally used her ID to bid. Again, the car was purchased by me on E bay in December, 2006 with 19000 miles on it and has been a great-driving car for my family. We simply need more room for our growing family. I am advertising the car locally and reserve the right to end the auction early. The car will be sold "as is" and "where is". The paint is what I consider to be very good. Some of the photos suggest that the red paint doesn't match, but that is not the case. It is simply that the red is so bright, that it is difficult photograph. There is a scuff on on the rear bumper (see photos) and the front fascia has some rock chips. The windshield has one small rock chip which has been repaired. The interior is very nice, with no rips or tears. This car is loaded with options including premium wheels, and heated leather seats. All in all, the car is very nice and is a pleasure to drive. On Aug-24-10 at 05:36:38 PDT, seller added the following information:The accident report shows two accidents. The first occurred before we purchased the car (with 19000 miles). I know know nothing of the details, except the car has always performed beautifully. The second accident occurred in the Lubbock Airport parking lot. While exiting the parking lot (with a 10 mph speed limit), another car suddenly backed out in front of me. There was minor front end damage which was repaired to "like new" condition. Thanks, Ronnie
