You are bidding on my brother’s 1997 Jeep Wrangler Sport. He is selling it because he recently received my fathers pick-up truck. This is a great running, great looking Jeep that is mechanically sound has zero rattles, and more importantly, does not burn a drop of oil. He typically gets between 16 and 20 MPG. He has been quite meticulous with maintenance and keeping the Jeep running great. 4WD engages easily and operates flawlessly. There are no braking noises or vibrations. The Jeep leaves no noticeable fluids on the road when parked. Neither the engine nor the under carriage has been powerwashed (see pictures). It has a rear Class III hitch with working wire harness. The hartop is in great shape with no leaks. The interior floors do not have original carpeting, they have premium rubber mats. The jeep does pull, shimmy, or have any odors. My brother is a non-smoker however there is one minor cigarette burn on the drivers seat from the previous owner. Bikini top is included as well. It also has Ranch 9000 variable adjusting shocks. A Pioneer Super Tuner CD Stereo with Ipod or MP3 input jack. It also has the upgraded sound bar next to the roll bar (see picture). He is the second owner and is only aware of one minor accident to the front right fender which was repaired professionally. It has never been rolled or Off-roaded. Vehicle Condition and Extras: Mobil 1 Synthetic every 3500 miles, AC Recharged less than 10 months ago (Cranks Cold), 2 new Dunlop AT front tires (less than 150 miles ago) Rear Tires (BF Goodrich AT) have 40% left. New PA Inspection good through to Novemebr of 2010. Other Maintenance items worth noting: Replaced Serpentine Belt in Nov 2009 Driver’s seat Foam replaced with Heavy Duty Foam 4 months ago Steering Dampener replaced Jan 2010 4 Wheel Drive “Transfer Switch” replaced Jan 2010 Rear washer fluid motor replaced (hard top) Feb 2010 4 wheel alignment Jan 2010 New manifold gasket for exhaust replaced Aug 2008 K&N High Flow Air Filter Known Issues: Rear differential is damp on the outside (see picture).
