Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 The transmission is a rebuilt th350 with shift kit and a custom torque converter..It also has a Hurst pro matic 2 shifter on the floor, all new transmission lines…Has nice firm shifts and will take off very well if you feel the urge to let it go…The rear is a factory 10 bolt that has been gone through and checked over to make sure everything is ok.... The interior received a new carpet, new front and rear door panels, new headliner , new dash pad , new arm rest bases and pads , new trunk divider, new package tray , new sail panels, front and rear seats were re upholstered , new seat backs , new dome lens and bezel ,new sill plates , new sound deadner plus more.Feels like a new car inside, even smells like new the pics do no justice to it..….All Gaskets and seals were replaced , new window felts ,new door rubbers, trunk etc………… I have put a lot of time and money into this car as you can see.I wanted a cool car that I could drive and enjoy, it had to handle good, run good and look good…I think we accomplished that. You will be sure to get a lot of on lookers as you rumble past , this car is a real head turner..There are some things that will need to addressed, like the car will need an alignment , we got it close but it needs to be done..The motor is fresh so it will need to be broken in (no beating on it ) so I do not suggest driving this car across country until it has a few miles under it’s belt , The constant highway speeds for hours are not a good thing until the motor is ready.I always try to error on the side of caution because a little preventive maintenance will go a long way...The carb may need to be tuned a little depending on your elevation for optimal performance and fuel .Key Nuts and bolts( suspension ,headers etc) should be checked after a couple hundred miles and re tightened if needed, these are things i would do so i am suggesting..It is up to the new buyer to use his/her own discretion on how they take care of the car. It's very nice car, .Thats about all i can think of for now.. Oh some of the pictures of the car are as it was being built so some things may not look complete but be assured they are now...Air cleaner is not on the car because i wanted to show the carb for the pics, things like that, there is a new air cleaner on the car...Hood is open in some of the pics so it does not look closed because it is not, i was taking pics and i was opening and shutting the hood....One of the pics the door is open a click etc,a couple pics are a little dark also, not sure why but i will try to update at some point with a few more ..I wanted to clear these things up because i know i will get emails about them...... Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and I will try to get back to you in a timely manner… I reserve the right to end the auction at any time, because it is for sale locally as well. Please make sure you have funding in place before you bid.A $1000 deposit is due within 72 hrs of auctions end. Car being sold as-is , no warranty expressed or implied, I try to describe things the way I see them and be honest, but I am human and there may be small things I miss , not intentionally. It is a 41 yr old vehicle so general maintenance may need to be performed on it….Shipping is up to the buyer to pick up or arrange for the car to picked up and all costs involved.I will assist the buyer any way i can from here within reason, making sure the car gets loaded safely etc....A friend of mine owns a trucking company and i may be able to get you a decent price on shipping but i would have to check on his schedule etc so please do not rely on this fact.....If buy it now is used i will split the cost of shipping within the Usa with the buyer... Thanks for looking and good luck.......... On Aug-21-10 at 15:06:51 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE-- The car has a completely new exhaust system front to rear, thanks for the emails..
