THIS CAR IS NOT FOR SOMEONE WITHOUT AUTO BODY AND WELDING SKILLS. . Needs professional frame and sheetmetal work. THE IRREPLACEABLE PARTS LIKE THE TOP, BOWS AND MECHANISMS WORK FINE AND ARE IN GREAT SHAPE THE 71 CUDA PICTURED IN BACKGROUND OR PARTS FROM EITHER ARE NOT FOR SALE AT THIS TIME THE GOOD: IT IS AN E-BODY CONVERTIBLE!!! A RALLYE GAUGE OPTIONED CAR!! AND FE5 RALLYE RED!! I HAVE A CLEAN TITLE AND THE CAR IS ALL THERE. The power top goes up and down fine and the bows are in remarkable shape. There is some rust at to of windshield frame, not rust thru. (no conv. parts sold separately ) All windows work great (manual) and the side glass is good. Every piece of sheet metal is available for this car! The engine turns over, the lights work, the heater fan motor turns, Everything is there as far as I know except one piece of windshield chrome, trunk rod cover, spare tire, jack and orig. wheels or hubcaps. PASSENGER DOOR WORKS GREAT. DRIVER DOOR WON.T OPEN. THE CAR HAS A CLEAN TITLE . The grille looks good , has a couple of small cracks. ( the BIN gets the 71 repro. grille also) Front stainless looks good. There are extra RUST FREE front and rear valances media blasted & epoxy primed that are included WITH THE BUY IT NOW AND LOTS OF EXTRA PARTS I HAVE FINALLY LISTED GO WITH THE BUY IT NOW. This is one of the few cars you can restore and see a return on your investment. EVERY PIECE OF SHEET METAL FOR THIS CAR IS AVAILABLE! IF YOU HAVE THE TIME AND SKILLS YOU CAN FINALLY BUILD YOUR CUDA CONVERTIBLE. I WOULD TRY AND SALVAGE THE DOORS AND MOST OF THE QUARTERS. THE FRONT FENDERS COULD BE SALVAGED BUT I WAS GOING TO REPLACE THEM WITH 71 GILLED FENDERS. I WAS GOING TO DO A SHAKER HOOD SO THE HOOD WASN'T AN ISSUE. TRUNK LIDS AREN'T THAT EXPENSIVE SO I WAS GOING TO REPLACE IT. I would try and salvage most of inner and outer wheel house but the lower 1/4s, trunk, rails and trunk extensions would go. The trunk is available, pre-welded with rails, shock mounts brackets,torque boxes braces and the piece you need to the rear seat with sill connectors from Matts Bow Tie Classics. The conv. pump bracket attached to the wheelhouse is fine with little rust. The dash cover needs replaced The holes in dash are die punched ( not rust holes) IT WILL OBVIOUSLY NEED A NEW DASH PAD. THE CAR IS SITTING ON BLOCKS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE(SEE PICTURE) The TORSION BAR BRACE HAS RUSTED (available thru AMD) on the floor pan and THE CAR SAGS on the driver side.(SEE PICTURE) I have not started the car but it turns over It will shift into neutral to put on your trailer. The driver door does not open. I have a working trunk and ignition key. (AMD and Goodmark and Matts Bowtie Classics make every piece of sheetmetal for this car) Matts bowtie classics has a rear seat to tail panel piece for a Cuda or Challenger that has frame rails, shock mounts, supports, braces and brackets already welded in and is complete! it even comes with gas tank straps. The front seats need restored. I would find new rear seats. I PLEASE RE-READ THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION.........THE CAR NEEDS A RESTORATION......THE FLOORS, RAILS AND OTHER SHEET METAL NEED TO BE REPLACED AND A LOT OF BODY WORK NEEDS TO BE PERFORMED.
