Vehicle Detail
2003 Mustang Convertible "Centennial" 2003 Mustang Convertible "Centennial" = 100 year Ford Corporation Anniversary car! Black, with 2 tone leather, sliver 7 grey mags. V-8, Automatic transmission, 71,600 miles, but always garage kept since new. Always hand washed with 100 percent cotton cloths. This protects and preserves the cloth top, from harmful chemicals in soaps, especially in car washes. Never taken through a drive through car wash. The deep gloss black pain is factory beautiful. This beauty is all original, so it will hold and go up in value! Reclining, front bucket, embossed 2-tone leather seats, both have the words = FORD Motor Company (then under that) "Centennial" and 100 behind these words. The same is on chrome emblems on both front fender panels, and one on the rear. Tan Carpet in car and trunk (dark grey to black) carpet is like new. In fact most of car is in near new to new condition, being it has been garage kept since new. This baby has only seen the rain 3 or 4 times. There is some small or pin head sized marks in paint just from normal road milage, and one such or less scratch, all of which can hardly be seen in certain lighting conditions, or can't even be seen at all without close inspection. The black cloth convertible top is like new inside and out, due to being garage kept since new and hand washed with just water. I am the second owner. The woman I bought it from gave me a notorized document stating she never wrecked the car, and she is original owner etc... I have all the original paters and parts that car came with, like the black boot top cover, which is like new, and kept inside my home, the black gloss box, with a Centennial Wrist Watch & Key Chain, along with the Gloss black cover, 272 page, Centennial Book entitled "The Ford Century" with hard black sleeve. Also unfolded letter from Bill Ford for purchase of "Centennial" GT Premium, along with a neoprene and vinyl pouches for manual and papers. Let me tell you "how" "rare" this car is. I looked all over the Internet on every car for sale sight I could think of and there was only one other of these Centennials for sale in the Intire Country! You can do the same search for Saleens and Cobras and Anniversary Cars and find Dozens! I called the local Ford Dealership here in the little Mt town I live in, and asked what to sell this Centennial for. The man said he'd have to check and call back, because he never even heard of a Centennial. After checking with the other men at the Ford Dealership he informed me that no one was at all familiar with a Centennial and they had never had one on the lot or even see one. I asked if they had ever had a 30th Anniversary Car, or a Saleen, or a Cobra Turbo, to which they replied "Many of Each". So this car should be worth more than Cobras, due to the low production of the Centennial! Mustang Cobras of the same production year, and in as fine shape as my Centennial are going for about $15,000.00 or so. The Centennials are FAR more Rare! Therefore Centennials of the same year and fine shape should be worth more than the Cobra! I am selling it for less than a Cobra of the same year and fine shape! My particular car is even more rare then just a Centennial! there were 2000 some made of the Centennials. But Mustangs with the same options that my car has, there were only 754 or so made! Wow! Now that is Rare! This car if kept in as good shape as it is, after just a few more years, will begin to go up in value most likely alot! This car could be one of those cars you see on Sat.TV, later on, that sell for $100,000.00, or more! I would not be selling this car, but due to contracting lyme disease, I can't properly take car of all my possessions, nore enjoy them. Seller "does not" take Responsibility for Transfer, and Shipping of Car. That is all 'Buyer's Responsibility'. I will help all I can, but if too much time is needed of me, there will be an hourly charge for my services. Personal Checks can be used for payment, but must clear in bank before car is picked up.
