If you know these bikes at all you know that this is the most powerful edition of the V-Twin motor Suzuki in 97 ever produced, pushing 135HP Stock. This is also the best sounding sport bike youll ever hear...especially with it's expensive Yoshimurs Carbon Fiber Dual Exhaust on it! Full yoshi race system is incredibily deep and throaty, I love it. I am not the first owner as I bought it from another TL fananic and he put in Lots of Cash into this bike as did I. I put on 10,000 miles since buying it and have very much enjoyed it with no problems, no crashes or break downs. I am 55+ and also have just bought a almost new Aprillia Tuono V-Twin 1000 so I don't ride this much any longer as I also have bought reciently a Kawasaki Concourse-14 for sport-touring. The privious owner was an older gentleman who used to to go back and forth to work. He took great pride in this and did LOTS & LOTS of upgrades. This is a 'partal' list of upgrades... all new or redone, remapping of the ECU, and adding Hayabusa 6 piston front brake calipers, pads and rotor components, wider powercoated wheels & new wheel bearings, new gold series chain, rear sprocket, rear tire, rear brake pads, spark plugs, valve adjustment and timing, interigated tail light rear fender eliminator, small front turn siginals, carbon fiber intakes on the fairing, seat lowered 2", fuel pump and filter, front wire harness, update on the charging system wiring and battery, radius clutch lever, new waterless coolant, low restriction air filter, throttle cables, carbon fiber seat cover, windshield that is dark and a little taller, bar ends & grips, fuel injectors cleaned, steering head bearings, fork seals, spark plugs and most important the rear shock revalved with synthetc race oil with compresson and rebound rates changed and pressurized with nitrogen to proper specs so it now handles stable at high speed with confidence, also has the same oil it the forks...& on & on... and lots more... It runs great and is a great handling bike with lots of power all over the power band. The previous owner had it stolen and recovered it from his insurance company and repalced all of the things that were taken off with better components. This was many years before I bought it so he had to register it as a restored salvage title according to arizona law. It is a clean arizona title that is stanped rest/salvg with box 'A' miles that are actual miles. It has not been wrecked or crashed ever as you can see from the photos. It was all repainted by the dealer and put back to a stock appearance at that time. now it still has almost perfect paint and body as it has been stored always inside out of the sun. The bike is in extremely good conditon and it still looks like a new bike. It has had the oil & filter replaced with Motul Synthetic V-Twin oil everytime, The top end was done in 03 before I got it and I have that reciept along with every part or service going back to 2003!
