NO DOCUMENTARY FEE'S Terms and Conditions: When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. AMERICAN AUTO SALES INC. reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. AMERICAN AUTO SALES INC. reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, AMERICAN AUTO SALES INC. shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected. All members with zero (0) feedback must contact AMERICAN AUTO SALES INC. prior to bidding to obtain approval to bid. Bidder must be 18 years or older. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Successful high bidder MUST contact AMERICAN AUTO SALES INC. within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. Successful high bidder will submit a 25% deposit within two business days of the auction ending. All financial transactions must be completed within seven (7) days of auction ending. All vehicles sold by AMERICAN AUTO SALES INC. are guaranteed to be clean/clear of any prior salvage or rebuilt titles. Bidders must have arranged all financing prior to bidding. If transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit. Take advantage of proxy bidding: Don't lose the vehicle at the last minute! There have been many people who have lost bids in the past because they were not familiar with proxy bidding. When you bid, bid the maximum amount that you are willing to spend on the vehicle. Each time someone bids higher than your last bid, eBay will automatically increment your bid by the minimum bid amount until it reaches your maximum. Don't get stuck loosing a good deal! Note on private auctions: We generally use private auctions for all of our listings. We do this because of a practice called "bid siphoning". This is the unethical practice of using the bid history of an item to contact the bidders of that item with the intent of selling them a similar item. Such practices are, for obvious reasons, in violation of eBay policy. To eliminate such practices, we use private auctions to protect the identity of our bidders and preserve the integrity of eBay auctions. Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe our vehicles to you. Any errors, if any, are unintentional and at best should be minor. We want you to be completely satisfied within reason and will work to resolve any disputes. As you can see from our feedback we represent the cars correctly as we work hard to keep our positive feedback. These vehicles will have minor scratches and dings and chips for a vehicle of its age and miles. The mileage may be higher from the time of listing to the time of the delivery for it is used for test drives and personal use. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. These are used vehicles and it is impossible for us or anybody to know the complete history of any of them, including any prior damage as a result from an accident. We do not inspect vehicles for previous paintwork or damage. This includes all items and equipment listed in our ad. We cannot be held liable for any description errors (cosmetic or equipment) or mechanical malfunctions AFTER THE VEHICLE LEAVES OUR LOT. While most of our vehicles are state inspected, it does not guarantee that this or any vehicle will be free from mechanical breakdown in the future; however, it greatly reduces the likelihood.
