Vehicle Detail

This is a German imported 1980 Euro S 928. 4.7L V8 300hp with a 3 speed Mercedes transmission. 18 Porsche Techno Twist wheels 265-35-18 rear,225-40-18 front Custom seats done in the best Marine proof Materials. About the Car: This is an awesome car. This car was used as an every day drive until 2007.Then the car was set aside in a car port.I decided to start restoring her in March 2010.Needless to say that after sitting for three years the gas had gone bad in the lines, pump and injectors.I put a new 255lph Walbro fuel pump and changed the fuel filter.Drained the gas tank and filled her up with premium gas. Then did a oil and filter change with Mobil 1.Then put a new battery and spark plugs in and used some starter fluid and she started right up.I have taken her around the block twice since then. The car was sputtering and would not rev high from what I think is clogged injectors and fuel lines...Since removing the stereo there has been a short that drains the battery.I now have to get a jump to start the car and the battery drains with in minutes of starting. The speedometer was also not working correct since removing the stereo. It could be as simple as a line touching metal somewhere but I am not 100% sure. The wire to the passenger window and sunroof is cut.Other than this I know it has a power steering leak from the hose. She would also need new tires to be street safe.I just had the seats done with expensive high quality marine proof materials in black and silver by Messenger Upholstery. They did an amazing job!I did not have the new carpet fully installed because I intended to resolve the electrical issues first. The interior would also need inside door side panels. The exterior of the car has some imperfections as you can see in the photos. This is to be expected with a 30 year old classic. The Euro 928s are very hard to come across and where very limited in production.I would love to finish the restoration of this beautiful car but my funds are running low. If you have any questions regarding the car or would like to see more photos please feel free to email me. CASH/PAYPAL ONLY Buyer responsible for transporting car.
