This 2001 VW Beetle GL with the bigger 2.0 engine is in excellent condition. It is clean, reliable and very well maintained. Very very good on the gas and has an ice cold air conditioner. Mechanically the car is in perfect running condition. The engine and transmission are very smooth - you will have NO complaints with this car whatsoever. Please read the entire listing to familiarize yourself with this vehicle before making a bid. This car has many useful and convenient options that you would throughly enjoy. I assure you, this is one of the nicest VW Beetle you would ever come across. ENGINE & TRANSMISSION: First of all, it has the larger 2.0 engine. This model of the VW Beetle comes with two options, a 1.8 and 2.0 engine. With the powerful 2.0 installed under the hood, you can be assured of plenty of power for this car. Like i said before, the engine is powerful and the transmission is smooth. No leaks of any kind whatsoever. Mechanically there is not a single issue with this car. EXTERIOR & INTERIOR: Cosmetically, the exterior is in excellent condition. The interior does however show some signs of normal usage but nothing out of the ordinary. I would rate the interior as very clean, overall above average good condition. The driver's side door panel has a less than one (1) inch scratch on the inside that i have shown in the pictures. It is however a very minor and insignificant cosmetic issue. TIRES: The tires on this car are in excellent condition. Both the front tires are brand new. The back tires are relatively new, they were installed roughly four (4) to six (6) months ago. THE ACCESSORIES: * This car has a CD changer option that is accessible from the main player - there is a frame for a CD changer in the back, as well as a 12 volt power outlet in the hatch, above the CD changer frame (See picture). * The car also has lights on both sides of the back seats, as well as straps on either sides for rear passengers to hold on to (See picture). * There are lights under the visors in the front that come on by removing the mirror covers under the visors. * There is also a reading lamp under the rear-view mirror with a switch for easy on/off operation. * There is also a clock and a temperature module above the rear-view mirror. ******************************************************************************************************************************** Important Notice: On completion of a successful bid, I will give the new owner a bill of sale, a copy of the car's current registration documents etc. The title will arrive in approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks directly to you.
