It's really the best of both worlds. Up front you've got a full crew cab lariat with all the toys, heated seating, leather, power everything, etc; and in back you've got a work body utility box and roof rack. It has a fair amount of space, but it's a short box so it's easy to drive. The truck is in very nice original condition. It hasn't been smoked in. It runs and drives just great, work box is clean, interior is quite nice. It hasn't seen road salt. It's been serviced, detailed and is ready to get right to work! exterior The paint and body on this rig are original as best I can tell and I have a good eye. There's no overspray, everything matches, lines up, and the history reports concur. The paint has excellent gloss, no hail, or noticeable body damage. It's been in Colorado since day one and we don't salt the roads here. It does have some oxidization bubbling up through on several spots on the box, it's pretty common with these. It's shown in the photos. The truck is good and straight overall, just a few little things to mention as any preowned vehicle will have. The right front fender has a small ding in it by the light. It has 3 scratches shown in the photos all on the right side. I've gone over them with matching performance white paint and it cleaned up nicely, really barely noticeable. The tires are somewhat thin, we can replace at a discount with no tax if you're interested. The truck is fine to drive anywhere though, they have some life left. The lower rockers in front of the front wheels have some road wear, very common on these trucks. The wheels look good and windshield is fine, no cracks or bad chips. The box is good with just normal chips and marks. The doors all open and close easily and we have a key for them. These Reading boxes are terribly expensive new and this one has the flip up side tops too. It's a short box, but it'll really hold quite a lot. The photos document everything, have a look! interior The interior is clean as well. There's no rips, burn holes, or noticeable stains. It smells pleasant and hasn't ever been smoked in. I'm picky, and this one actually still smells a bit like 'New Ford' if that's possible. The leather is good with only nominal in/out wear on the drivers seat edge. If you want it 'new' we can replace that one panel for about $80 with new material, not a big deal. No sunroof, ebay defaults. The steering wheel is a bit fuzzy around the top edge. The carpet looks good, dash, doors, headliner, etc, all quite nice. This truck is loaded with options and they all work! mechanical We received this truck in very nice mechanical shape and didn't have to do much. It idles smooth, drives straight, shifts perfect, and the motor is not noisy in any diesel 6.0 context. There's no check engine light on, no leaks, no odd noises, or otherwise problems. The ball joints are in pretty good shape and it doesn't wander. The transfer case and 4x4 work fine. It has very good power, but hasn't been turned up from what I can tell. We changed the oil, filter, and fuel filters. It really didn't need anything else. These trucks are very durable and this one's obviously been well kept. There's no reason you can't drive this guy right to 350k miles with proper service. The motor will probably outlast the truck. Fly in and drive home if you're from a ways away, the size and rack on the truck will make it pricy to ship. comments This is a neat truck and a great buy.
