The engine, transmission and suspension is so much better than the normal SUV 4x4 that it is similar to the difference of driving a BMW to a Chevy Cavalier. The 4.0liter 24-valve 4 cam V6 engine will outrun 90% of the American 5 liter V8’s on the market. Automobile engineers universally agree that the best 6 cylinder engines in the world are made by Nissan and BMW. ( This engine is quite superior to an Audi or Mercedes V6.) Kelly Blue Book values this vehicle at $10,010 This vehicle was purchased from a insurance auto auction and rebuilt to working condition. I was informed that the SUV had front end damage but the engine was not affected. The only thing that I noticed is that the SUV needs some wheel alignment / suspension work and it does need new front tires. It carries a reconstructed title which is issued when a the vehicle was repaired and passed the New Jersey state's reconstructed title procedure. Once the reconstructed title has been issued the vehicle was insured, registered and driven like any other vehicle but the title will always be branded with a reconstructed or previous salvage notation. YES, this car can be driven on the road after you insure and register it. The vehicle has been driven very little as in it only has 15,416 miles which means it has plenty of years left on the road. It was only used during winter time where 4X4 was required.
