Vehicle Detail
Technically, I am the second owner, but when I bought the truck it only had 9 miles on it so I've been practically the only owner. This truck has been babied by a gentle, female driver. It has never been used as a "work" truck to haul or tow. The most work it has seen is transporting the occasional piece of furniture. It has always been my 2nd vehicle so the miles are very low. I only drove it when I needed a truck, or when I just felt like driving my truck! It is in incredible condition and people are always shocked to find that it is a 2004. It really looks like a new truck. It only has a couple of minor scratches on it. Nothing noteworthy, and no dents or dings. The inside is like new, too. I really take care of my vehicles. This is a 4-door with all-leather interior and bucket front seats with a wonderfully cavernous console in the middle. The shifter is a really cool chrome stick in the floor, not the kind around the steering wheel. The back seat is a comfortable full-size bench seat, not one of those skinny, narrow, poor excuses for a seat that are in some trucks. There's also an extra power supply for the back seat. I actually use it all the time -- it is more convenient than the one in the dash. It is located on the back of the console facing the back bench seat...actually very convenient for the driver to use for connecting a cell phone or iPod. All of the leather is in perfect condition, the dash looks really nice and like a brand new truck. It has an in-dash 6-disc CD changer. It also has a power rear window! Very cool and convenient. My favorite feature is the back-up assist. When you are backing up and any object is in your path the truck will beep and the beeping gets faster the closer to the object you get. It's a really fantastic option for such a big truck when backing in and out of tiny parking lots, and it detects even small objects. Other favorite features include the sprayed in bed-liner (a must, wouldn't have a truck without one), and the bed extender. I've had trucks before but I've never had a bed extender. This is an awesome piece of equipment that I use frequently. Flip it out and your bed is extended by a foot or two. Flip it inwards and you've got a nice contained area right at the back of the truck convenient for carrying small items and preventing them from moving around in the large bed. Your items are always neatly arranged right at the back of the bed. There is also a Tonneau cover. Never had one of these either and didn't know if I would like it, but I love it. It allows me to keep things in the back of my truck and lock it. The items don't get stolen or exposed to the elements. If you've got a big item to carry you can easily drive with the Tonneau cover raised. This truck is not raised, but it seems like it! I have to use the side step to get into it. I do not want to sell my truck, but unfortunately a divorce forces the sale. It is listing for thousands less than Blue Book. Take a look, you won't be disappointed!
