This conversion van I bought in Atlanta entirely for the purpose of making the trip out west.I drove 3000 miles and it was totally reliable.I bought it from an old couple who used it once a year on trips to North Carolina.The motor runs strong and the transmission shifts nice and smooth. The interior is in almost perfect condition. I had the front brakes redone with new pistons,turned rotors and fresh brake pads prior to going on the trip,for safety precautions.They have a lifetime warranty on the front brakes. The seat in the back folds down into a bed and is real comfortable The only things that need attention are -the rear window in the "cargo area" is broken I am told about $200 to replace it. -the drivers side window doesn't work sometimes.I suspect it is a loose wire -the fuel gauge doesn't work -there is a small chip in the windshield that should get fixed All the power locks work as do the interior lights,a bulb or 2 may need replacing It has a a trailer hitch and a roof rack I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere,after all I drove it 3000 miles.I am more interested in vintage cars or something that is more appropriate for the city.You can contact me at 778 229 5357 with any thoughts or questions or offers. On Aug-04-10 at 16:43:30 PDT, seller added the following information: a couple of notes I forgot -the van only needs the windows addresed before registration if it is imported into Canada -a couple of the center caps have gone missing while parked -I will deliver only if it sells for $1500 but am willing to negotiate
