Hello, I am selling 2000 GMC T6500 26ft box truck. it has current 114200 ORIGINAL miles !!! Strong 6Cyl Caterpillar diesel engine ! I am in moving business, so used it to transport furniture, boxes, household items, etc. There is nothing wrong with the truck, engine is good, transmmission shifts smooth, no leaks, welcome to come and drive test it ! bring your mechanic as well ! Truck has current VA inspection sticker, manuals, books, emergency kit, fire extinguisher - to meet DOT requirements. I took care of this truck, here is what my mechanic did: major tune up: timely oil changes, new filters, new belts, adjusted valves, brand new front tires (with balance), very good rear tires, new rear rotors, new rear brake pads, front brakes were inspected and found good, otherwise I'd change them too. Newly installed brake lines - front and rear. Replaced master brake cylinder. GVW = 25950 Lbs / Non CDL. Hydrolic brakes. Dual fuel tanks ~ 45-50Gal each. All lights, signals, horn work. Additional features: AC, heat, passenger side power window, driver side window - manual, radio / cassette, box size is 8ft x 8ft x 26ft. Total clearance I believe is 12ft high. No lift gate / sorry ! Reason for selling = not enough business coming in for such a large size truck. I've 2 18ft GMC box trucks which are perfect for most of the jobs: 1-2-3bdrm apts. 26footer is just too big. I rarely use it for 4+ bdrm apts / houses. May consider trade for smaller size Isuzu / GMC box truck or 2002-2006 toyota camry LE/SE or Highlander or 4 runner + cash difference in price.
