For those of you who know that I am relisting this truck, I apologize for ending the auction early, it's a long story. Bottom line, the auction will be completed, and it will not end early. Thanks for looking again. 1989 Silverado Sportside, lifelong Atlanta, Georgia, GREAT Truck, Must sell! Other than the slight, light surface rust on the frame rails, this Silverado has never had any rust. I'm the third owner, truck has been babied, came from the factory with 350 V8, Automatic 700R4 Overdrive, 2.76 gears (no positraction), power windows, power locks, sliding rear window, Air Conditioning, Bucket Seats, Center Storage compartment, and step bumper. The truck now has a 350 cubic inch crate motor built by Carolina Machine Engines, runs GREAT, I got 23 MPG one time on the highway. Truck stalls once in a while after idling for about a minute, but it happens so infrequently, I just live with it. I've been told it probably needs a distributor to fix the occasional stalling. Truck has later model grille, lights, and custom bumper. Rear has Sir Michaels steel roll pan, painted body color by pro shop. This great truck has been lowered with Bell Tech parts, 2 inch drop front spindles and one inch lowering springs (three inch total drop in the front), and the rear is lowered four inches with Bell Tech lowering shackles and front spring mounts. The wheels are twenty inch Budniks with Michelins... upon close inspection, you'll see that the wheels have some slight pitting. I must sell this truck, otherwise I would never think of selling, it rides great, looks awesome, and is a very nice low priced vehicle for daily driving or for cruising.
