1973 AMC Javelin AMX This car was restored and is in fantastic condition. It is a true AMX car w/ all of the proper verifcation. The paint is fantastic on this car. It shines and was well done. The car was painted roughly 5 years ago and the body was gone over then as well. Its a rust free car, in great shape. The motor is a 304 Cu inch V8 w/ a 600CFM Edelbrock Carb on top. The intake manifold has been changed to an aluminum Edelbrock manifold. The car runs and drives beautifully. I took it on a 300 mile round trip road trip down to Ocean City, Maryland for cruising week. It was a fantastic drive with no issues. Its as reliable as they come. It has plenty of torque and horse power and sounds great doing it. The exhaust has been replaced and makes a great rumble. Great for cruising to the car show and sounding as good as you look. The car has a brand new 3 speed Chrysler Automatic in it that shifts beautifully. This model came w/ the factory disc brakes up front so it can actually stop. The interior has been restored w/ the tach mounted on the steering column. The center console with floor shift is in great shape. The seats, both front and back, have been restored and are very pleasent to sit in. Original dash w/o any cracking. Updated audio system w/ a Sony headunit and Sony speakers mountaed in the rear. Makes for a great car to cruise in.
