Vehicle Detail
Hi, up for sale is a nearly new loaded 2010 Honda CRV EXL 4x4 with every option. This CRV has a little damage as it was outside during a wind storm and was hit by some asphalt shingles. I don't like sellers who try to hide what is wrong with vehicles so I like to list the problems first. The debris scratched the windshield, passenger front door glass, sunroof glass and rear glass. I personally would not replace any of the glass if I were to keep the vehicle. The glass scratches are not bad enough to be a nuisance when driving. The hood is scratched on the passenger side. The passenger doors are scratched. The roof has some scratches and has a few dents which I would have taken out, There are scratches behind the rear window on the passsenger side. There is no damage on the drivers side. This vehicle could be driven forever just the way it is, but with a vehicle this nice and new I would fix the small dents on the roof and fix the scratches except for the glass. I have not priced the glass, but the scratches and dents should be able to be fixed for $1000 if you do it yourself. This vehicle is not damaged bad at all. A couple of things to note. We are selling this vehicle for the insurance company. Assume it will come with a salvage title, it may not, but assume the worst. The reason this car is being sold by the insurance company is because it is so new, they don't want to mess with painting it and having the insured not happy with the paint job and have to deal with that issue. It is easier to sell the vehicle this new as is than to deal with an unhappy customer who wants a new vehicle. The title is in the hands of the insurance company and may take 30 days to get. It may not take that long, but be prepared for it to take 30 days. We can issue a temporary permit to the buyer to drive the vehicle in the meantime. We are acting as a broker for the insurance company. We want to sell this vehicle and will listen to offers, please be reasonable and don't waste anyones time. This vehicle is loaded. I took pictures of all the damage and described it as well as I could. If I missed a scratch, I hope you understand. I drove the SUV about 40 miles and it drives like a dream. The computer said it was getting 23.4 mpg. This car has leather, heated seats, 6 disc CD changer, USB cord in glove box, XM radio, MP3 compatible, automatic transmission, electric windows and seats, sunroof. Please email any questions, this is a NO RESERVE AUCTION. GOOD LUCK.On Jul-29-10 at 07:45:54 PDT, seller added the following information: The insurance company has the title in hand and will issue the title as soon as funds are received from us. There will not be a 30 day wait for the title, it will be less than a week now. There is no lien on the CRV as the loan has been paid off also.
