This car belongs to a friend of mine. The car was a 4 year project and came out very nice. The chassis was extended 9 inches and boxed from from to back. It has a Pete and Jake front and rear suspension kit with 4 link set up and Alden adjustable rear shocks.The motor is a chevy 283 completely rebuilt bored .30 over, comp cam and has a holley on top and run's great. It is kept cool with a redone 31 model a rad and was done last fall. The exhaust is Mr. Gasket sprint headers with baffles in the muffler's and sound's great not to loud. The transmission was also rebuilt and is a 350 with a shift kit and operates as it should. The rear end is a 9 inch ford with 373 gears. The brakes are 4 wheel disc and have a corvette master cylinder under the body and stop great. The car has all lokar gas and brake pedals and cables for the throttle and shift cable. It also has a lokar shifter for the trans. The body was stripped to bare metal completly redone from top to bottom and painted a cherry red with airbrushed graphics on the side and rear. The body has held up good over the 5 years or so it has been done there is only a couple of imperfection and that just comes with driving any vehicle. The car was rewired from front to back it even has reverse lights tucked up under the rear panel and they work. The interior has been done in a 2 tone gray with red trim and is very nice from the custom seats to the overhead console that hold's the Kenwood am/fm casstte with a hidden antenna to the rear storage box behind the seats and the 4 speakers it even has interior light"s. The trunk has also been finished to match the interior and the 18 gallon tanks R us tank has been painted to match the body color. The outside of the car has mirros over the door's and the inside has a rear view. The glass is all new and the front windsheild still tilt's out for air. There is a 3rd brake light mounted in the rear window and the rear taillights are led and the headlights are tribar's. This car has been done for a while and all the bug's are out. It run's and drives right. the entire car was built by por's this was not done in a backyard. Thee is a photo album of all the work done and will go with the car to the new owner.
