Vehicle Detail
This auction is for a 1978 Ford Ranchero The truck is ready for restoration. Sold "AS IS" with a Bill of Sale. No Title. It has the typical bumps and bruises of a car that age but is NOT ready for the scrap yard. The motor is a 351 that the previous owner put in the truck. I got the truck on a 3 way deal where someone owed me money. So I took it in on trade. I have several other Rancheros that I am restoring and next 18 months are planned out already. To many cars and not enough time. This cars style lends itself to a great looking hot rod or go back origional. The only thing I know is missing from the car is the seat. It has the specality hood. CHECK MY FEEDBACK for my other business.... SAAB SONETT cars. The user ID is clubsonett. I needed to separate the type of business that I do and leave the club as a stand alone business. Please note: This is a project car and not driveable at this point. I have never hooked a battery to it. The tires hold air and I have the ignition key so it can be loaded up with much effort. If you have questions you can email me or call me at 972 963 5540. I live in Dallas so if you would like to see the car we can set up an appointment for a good look over. The reserve is $900 because of the missing seat and the buyer can pay the Ranchero off over the next 75 days. It must be paid for before you come pick up the car and any payment must clear the bank before delivery/pick up. The buyer must deposit $400 within 48 hours, I will give the buyer 75 days to pick up the truck at no charge. It will be covered with a tarp. After that is will be resold and all monies lost unless we work something first.
