1983 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER FJ60. ALL ORIGINAL, RUST FREE NEW MEXICO VEHICLE WITH LOW MILES!!! Up for auction is my 1983 Toyota fj60 Landcruiser of which I am the third owner. This vehicle was bought new in New Mexico and has never been registered in any other state. There is zero rust on this vehicle and it has never been in an accident. It has never been re-painted. This vehicle has been meticulously maintained. The vehicle is 100 percent original. I do have the stock wheels that DO go along with the cruiser. The mileage is original and is at 141247. The cruiser runs excellent and strong. I have recently had the top end redone at a professional shop. It included a completely rebuilt head with three angle valve job. I have invested over 3k into it over the last year. It has never let me down and starts right up with three pumps of the gas. Stops nicely with no tracking. 4 wheel drive works great. Shifts perfect. Good clutch. New parts that have been installed in the last year: 1. rebuilt head with all gaskets 2. new carburetor 3. new master cylinder 4. new front breaks 5. front seal install. 6. new fuel liines 7. all fluids. 8. new alternator 9. all belts 10. intake and exhaust gaskets 11. full tune up 12. New windshield with gasket and wiper blades.(still perfect no chips) OVERVIEW: Exterior: Clean and rust free. dent on rear upper corner, measuring about 7 x 3 not deep (look at pic). small liner dent on roof which follow body lines. Interior: All original and clean: nothing missing other then radio. Holes in rear quarter panel for speakers (look at pics). Dash is cracked from hot NM sun (look at pics) Electrical: Everything works as it should with no problems. All gauges work correctly. AC: Has AC, but it does NOT blow cold. I have NOT tried to get it to work...Recharge? Tires: Tires are good, but used on aftermarket wheels. About 50% tread left. I do have the original wheels that go with the auction. Glass: all excellent with no cracks or chips. New front windshield with gasket and blades. Bads: Could use shocks and tires to make real nice. No cold AC. holes in rear door panels. small tear in headliner. trim ring around one headlight has small crack. Missing rocker trim on driver side (look at pic). Overall this is a great cruiser. I would feel super confident jumping in and taking it cross country. You can defiantly fly here and drive it home if you want.
