1969 FORD Bronco in Carmel Bronze Metallic (color code K). This Bronco has been in our private collection for almost 10 years now. An original San Jose area California truck, it still wears it's black and yellow original California plates with past registrations to prove it! No YOM monkey business going on here. This is a very late 69, built in August of 69, and shows a few '70 model cues as it's a crossover truck. It is completely rust free and has uncut fenders. The truck has 126,769 miles on it and runs and drvies great. 3.50 gears with limited slip front and rear from the factory. The motor is a 302 V8 backed by the original transmission and transfer case. The body on this Bronco is about the best we've ever seen, and as Bronco collectors, we've seen and owned many. There's no rust on the underbody, inner body or outer body. See the pictures for detail. If there are any areas you'd like to see, please do not hesitate to request them and I will post them for all to see. It has been repainted once, in the '80s, due to the original owners wife overshooting the driveway and driving into the rose bushes. Casualties included 4 bushes and the finish on the right side. No dents were made but the scrapes were deep enough to warrant painting. The owner was rather particular about his cars, so he paid for a full paintjob so it would look uniform. As you can see there are some upgrades done to the Bronco. First off, the 3speed has been converted to the floor, but the column shifter is unaltered, so a change back to stock could be easily performed. It has a 1" Suspension kit installed on all 4 corners. A rollbar was added many years ago, and likely shortly after the truck was purchased new, as it is a bar that is rarely seen. Sound system upgrade is a Sony CD/AM-FM stereo with speaker boxes. The seats have been recovered in the past as well, but look very original. At the same time, a carpet kit was installed - both were professionally done. New Fast-Trac top in black by Kayline, but the original white hardtop is included with the truck. It also has a nice mellow sounding dual exhaust that was recently installed. Also new are the tires, Bridgestone 30x9.5x15 on the original rims with stock hubcaps. End to End it's a good looking, ready to run Bronco that has upgrades, yet appears stock and "old school". This would be a great addition to your Ford collection, or a great beach cruiser to enjoy on the coast! It is also reliable enough to use as a regular driver too, and really needs nothing.
