You are looking at a BMW M3 1999 Convertible, only two convertibles were made for the M3 E36 series in 1998 and the last in 1999. I'm including as many pictures as I could take but if you need additional pics, let me know. This was going to be my project car but can no longer take up on it as I need to pay for Grad school. Mechanical The car turns right up and no lights come up (all sensors are active) or messages and the transmission shift smoothly, recently had the rear rotors and pads replaced which is where I took the pictures (in the shop where the car was being serviced), the battery is pretty much new, has synthetic oil changed 500 miles ago. Interior The issues with the car can basically be seen on the pictures but issues that might not be so clear are that the lock button doesn't seem work when pressed but when using the key or the remote the car does lock/unlock, the convertible button is blinking (see video) which appears when the car is in the process of the top coming up or down so this might be an electrical issue because the top was working at one point. The fog lights are not turning on (see video) but the rest of the lights are OK, .the rear stock amp has been removed but the car has all the connections to connect a sound system. I had removed the faceplate on the MP3/DVD player so it is not pictured but it is basically new and so are the LCDs on the headrest, you also have available an iPod adapter so you can hook up your iPod to it and control it with the remote control. The A/C needs to be recharged. Exterior The rear bumper has some chipping as seen on the pics and the paint on it needs some work, the hood is in ok conditions and the rest of the body is in good conditions for a car it's age. The tires still have thread left but the chrome on the rims is showing signs of rust. The convertible top still looks in good physical conditions only the rear window is blurry so it needs to cleaning or detailing. I am describing the vehicle to the best of my abilities and based on what I've noticed thus he vehicle is being sold as is. The Blue Book value on this car in Fair Conditions which I believe is what best describes this vehicle is $10,400 but I am selling for much less to allow the buyer to spend the money saved on addressing the issues mentioned. I am listing the vehicle locally as well so I reserve the right end the auction early but feel free to contact me and make an offer, the reserve is set at $6500. An Immediate $500 deposit via paypal is required upon the auction ending and the buyer is responsible for picking up the car.
