Up for sale is my totally customized and naked 85 Honda Rebel. I bought this bike from a gentleman in Florida who bout it from a dealership. It was semi-customized before I got it, but I finished customizing it to my higher standards. I have owned it for a little over a year, and Im looking for my next bike to chop. May except trades-just ask. Look at the photos for a complete example of everything done to it and ask me if you have any questions about anything I did. It had roughly 18,000 miles when I took the speedo off about three months ago. I estimate the actual mileage to be in the 19,000 mile range. I have a clear Georgia title for it. I will include the original speedo/odometer with the sale bike. The bike features (from the front wheel to the back): Flat black front wheel, no front brake, stripped speedometer/tachometer/odometer. 12" ape hangers, Schwinn white pistol bar grips, CB450 risers holding them to the triple trees. Triple trees and forks painted flat black. Metal mesh wire covering for electrical wires. Metal mesh wire covering for electrical wires. 12 volt 7" headlight in the form of a 40's Ford (reproduction for safety) with a visor Exhaust cut just before the mufflers. (original mufflers will come with the bike) High Performance carburetor built by a professional Honda guru up north. *Fresh oil change KNN air filter Wiring hidin in an old grease can Solo seat with spring shock system *New chain and Sprocket (within the past 4 months) New battery (within the past 2 months) Stock Frame and suspension system, nothing modified in the engine block, Never opened to my knowledge. Battery sunk into the swingarm in 1/4" diamond plate steel box and welded (creates a stronger-than-stock swing arm) Flat black rear wheel, tire-painted whitewalls on both sides, bullet tail light and aftermarket taillight bracket. *New ignition, and Locking Gas Cap *New exhaust wrap Some of the stock parts I bought the bike with will come with the purchase of this bike. There might be things I forgot to list, you can find them in the photos, or ask for more photos if needed. Some of the work on this bike -such as the welding- was done by local bike shops such as Southern Custom Motorcycles, and Tybee Island Customs. I get compliments and questions everywhere I go on it. This bike runs and rides just fine, has only tiny details left to be a potential for bike shows. I looked at the speedo, when I took it off three months ago, it had 19,375.1 miles. It doesnt get ridden anymore due to my job requiring me to drive the truck everyday. Im selling it as a bike with miles still in the 19,000's.On Jul-18-10 at 09:32:06 PDT, seller added the following information:Someone asked me if they can pay for it in month when they come to pick it up and if they can get refunded if they dont like it. Im not a motorcycle dealer or store, the answer is NO. I do NOT except returns or refunds unless the bike is different than described in the auction.
