Chevy Silverado 1500 2002 Pickup 121121 miles Here we have a 2002 Chevy Silverado Pickup. This pickup is from my fathers estate. He bought it from the State of Iowa Department of Transportation two years ago. He only drove it for just a little over a year before falling ill. I have driven it some since that time. In his ownership it was driven just a little over 8000 miles. Mechanically it is right in everyway. Everything works. Pickup has Air conditioning, Cruise control, Automatic transmission, V8 engine, Posi-traction rear end, Power windows & locks, Antilock brakes, Airbags, and the basic AM/FM radio. It has the usual dents and dings you would expect on a pickup with 121000 miles. The drivers seat has been sewn up where the hole rubs in it on these vehicles. I have taken pictures of the rust on the rear quarter panels and drivers door. This is just surface rust and would be a fairly easy repair if the buyer would choose. I wouldn't think twice about taking this pickup on a long distance trip. It runs and drives like a new one. Pickup has a dealer trade in value of about $4000. Neither Dad or I smoke and the State of Iowa doesn't allow smoking in the vehicles, so this has been a smoke free vehicle since new. A FEW WORDS ABOUT AFTER AUCTION POLICY I request that the high bidder sign a bill of sale, mail me a photocopy of the transfered title in a Self addressed stamped envelope I will provide. I require a deposit of $250 or 10% of final value (whichever is greater) within 3 days of auction end with balance due at time of delivery. At time of delivery I will accept a Certified check, Cash or a Personal check with a letter of credit. Buyer will receive the pickup, merchantable title, and a letter of appointment for the executer of the estate. I can make arrangements for delivery within a 150 mile radius for 75cents per mile. This includes Minneapolis/St Paul, Des Moines, Sioux Falls & Omaha Metro areas.
