1983 MERCEDES BENZ 300D TURBO DIESEL overall a nice car , that starts and drives well, very healthy engine and transmission... The exterior looks good, but does show its age,, clear coat is starting to peel off, and has some dings.. this is a southern california car, its does not have major rust areas, but does have a couple bubbles,, one is on the lower side of rear window, and two that are near the lower fender areas, can be easily treated , but you dont have to do anything if you dont want to,,,, does not affect the driving part of this car.. tires are fairly new, brakes are good, underbelly is clean , theres no rust or damages, rear bumper molding needs to be put back, all lights work. the interior is as pictured, driver window works, passenger window doesnt,,, one of the back windows does not work.. mostly because of switch issues, carpets are good, seats are good, dash has a crack, all lights work, rpm gauge intermittent,, power door locks work.. headliner shows minor wear.. AC does not work , overall its an old car but intact... car drives nice on the highway. the motor starts right up... does not smoke, or rattle.. has plenty of power, transmission shifts fine through all gears and turbo kicks in well .. very reliable car for everyday use or long distance.. i wouldn't hesitate to drive to cross country tomorrow.. you can use it the way it is. and fix cosmetic things little by little.. has a clear california title.. please dont hesitate to call for any questions, or offers.. ........... 626-262-0762 i can assist you in shipping as well , just email me your zip..
