Vehicle Detail
Seller assumes all responsibility for the sale of this vehicle. I have owned this vehicle since I saw it on the showroom floor fresh from its shipping crate. Its been in my garage for the last 3 riding seasons due to our first and soon to be second child. The oil has always been changed religiously and it will be fresh for you when you pick it up. I've just replaced the battery so its ready for the next few years of riding pleasure. Here are the other extras: Power Commander by Dynojet (has been tuned from online mapping downloaded from Dynojet to match pipes, intake and plugs)Vanes and Hines Big ShotsKuryakyn -Hyper Charger intake -Handle Grips -Levers -Chrome brake reservoir cover and cap -LED turn signal mirrors (freaks people out when you follow them at night - they're highly visible) -Extended Switch Blade foot pegs for passenger comfort -Tilt License PlateCorbin Accessories -Dual Touring Saddle w/Large Oval Backrest (can easily be moved from front for solo riding or back for the passenger's pleasure) -Fiberglass Chin Spoiler -Fiberglass Saddlebags (don't worry about removing your bags when you stop for the night - they have their own locks, weather sealed - so sleep with no worries)Honda Full Length FairingAccutronix Tribal Forward Controls ($1,100)Honda VTX seasonal cover I've put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this bike. I replaced the spark plugs with Bosch Platinum +4 to complete the performance of this bike. And I couldn't go without adding some of the best rubber to street there is with Avon Venom tires that have less than 1,500 miles on them. The only real flaws that I have had with this bike is the exhaust pipes exit too close to the glass bags and leave soot for you to scrub off when you wash the bike. You'll need to have the brake pads swapped after the riding season because they are nearing their purposeful end. The other flaw that I have had is not being able to sell this vehicle to anyone under 5ft. 10in. due to the forward controls. Unfortunately I did not save the floorboards that come stock on all VTX Retros. Don't worry about clearance when you corner cause I've already skinned the bottom of the pegs. So if you can get lower in the corners than I could, then your a better rider than me. Bring on the offers from all those taller riders looking to hit the streets, crack the throttle and just fade away in the distance..... I'm a completely open book with this bike. So if your interested and email me with any questions you have. I'm only posting limited pictures, so if you want to see more let me know. Thanks for your interest.
