This is a very nice old project truck that I added to my collection a while back. I have too many and fear I won't get to this one anyways soon so I am offering it on here for your consideration. It is complete, only the grille is broken, the rest of the parts are with the truck. I really think this truck was a local farm truck that was taken care of pretty well. The first thing I noticed was the wheel beauty rings were all on the truck and all in excellent condition, something you won't find on a truck that has been abused much. This truck has had the front end taken off and I really believe it was removed to work on the engine. From the looks of the engine, it has had new heads or at least new head gaskets installed. Apparently, it was never cranked after that. It turns over well, and doesn't seem to be in any serious condition but I just haven't had time to work on it. Also the truck was favored enough that the prior owner had started sanding the front end for repainting, since it was never started and just sat for a while it is covered with surface rust. This truck is very straight with no dents, one tiny one on the hood, and very little rust on the rocker panels. The bed is excellent and has a good tailgate as well. The rear bumper is not too good. Interior is pretty good, even the carpet is not terribly bad. Seats are fair even, with ragged seatcovers. This old truck is one of my favorites and with the manual transmission and loaded up as it is, I'm sure it is a rare bird and one that will make a very high priced vehicle when restored. If you are looking for a truck that will make an eye popper, this is it.
