I am very pleased to be offering for sale my absolutely immaculate, rust free, numbers matching original 1964 Porsche 356 C Coupe finished in desirable silver over black. It's previous owner and PCA enthusiast, took great pride and exceptional care of this gorgeous automobile. He owned three stunning 356 Porsches, including a 356 A Cabriolet and a 356 SC Coupe, and without question, this 356 C was the finest in his small but impressive collection. There is nothing that this car needs. It is complete, it is correct, and it is breathtakingly beautiful. As the photographs do there best to illustrate, this car is in superb condition. The exterior is gorgeous. The paint is deep and lustrous, showing no dings, dents, scratches, swirls, etc. The body couldn’t be any straighter and this is an accident free car - all the gaps are excellent. The chrome is perfect, all of the rubber, seals, and gaskets are new and the wheels are wrapped in new tires and are in excellent condition. The body undercarriage, battery box, rockers, wheel wells, and longitudinals are all free of rust. This is a completely rust free Porsche. The interior is immaculate. The seats show now wear at all, the carpets are flawless and the dash, headliner and interior panels are spotless. The steering wheel is essentially in new condition. The car still has its beautiful original AM/FM Blaupunkt radio. The original owners manual, in good condition, is in the glove box. The car comes with it's original luggage rack but it is not currently installed on the car. It will be included with the purchase. It never ceases to get smiles and thumbs ups whenever it's out on a weekend drive. The car has had a full mechanical restoration while preserving its originality. It has had a complete engine rebuild, complete transaxle/transmission rebuild, new clutch/throw out bearing, rebuilt carbs, new brakes, new shocks, rebuilt front end, new axle boots, new starter, new plugs/caps/rotors/wires, new tie rods, and a rebuilt master steering dampener. I would be happy to help make arrangements to get the car professionally inspected at any shop of your choice in the Santa Barbara area, but rest assured, this car drives like a new 356 C off the showroom floor.
