You are viewing my 1976 BMW 2002. The car only has 49,000 original miles with a clean title. This 2002 is mechanically flawless. This was my grandfather’s car and was left to me in his will. He had this car for many years but eventually he was too old to drive, and the car sat in his garage for years. When the car was given to me I had it sanded down and sprayed it flat black to prevent surface rusting. The car’s interior is exceptional for being over 30 years old with only a few minor imperfections. The 4 speed manual transmission is still very tight and smooth (shifts like butter). The body is in great shape for a car this old and is very straight and solid. The car drives like a dream and handles like a BMW should. This car fires right up every time with no trouble and no worries. All maintenance has been recently done and this BMW needs nothing. Some details about the 2002 are that it has a two barrel Webber carburetors, tires probably only have about 6,000 miles on them so they are pretty much new, NEW plugs, wires, distributer cap, condenser, points ,rotors and coil. The car also comes with almost every piece of weather stripping for the car brand new still in the packages. The brakes and water pump done about 8,000 miles ago. All the electric works great with no problems. The BMW also comes with the stock rear bumper and the two pieces of chrome trim for over each window.
