This car is a local trade and has been driven by an older gentleman the last 5 years as his commuter for sales. He changed positions in the company and had to buy a new vehicle for his son so he traded this car in on one. He'd owned a Buick Century before this for 200k miles and bought this one because the first was so good. That speaks volumes about the vehicle. This car is original, it has only freeway mileage from commuter driving. It looks nice, has not been smoked in, it's well equipped, everything works, tires are fine, it's been serviced, detailed, and needs nothing. These cars get outstanding fuel economy, they're safe, easy to drive, and not expensive to work on. exterior The paint and body on this car look very much original. I've been over it and see no signs of any body work or repaint. It has nice gloss, no rust, hail, or body damage at all. It's been in St. George Utah and Colorado and neither area salts the roads. The car has been recently waxed and shines. The wheels are pretty good and tires have reasonable tread left. They're Michelins, expensive tires which goes to show he didn't skimp on service. The car has some pitting on the front end from the freeway mileage. It has maybe 3 small nicks and a couple little superficial scratches. The rear bumper has a little bit of wear. The photos document the car well, clearly it's been kept up on and by no means abused. interior The interior is clean as well. It smells pleasant, don't think it's ever been smoked in. The upholstery is very good with no burn holes, no bad stains or rips. The carpet shows a little aging, but isn't bad. Everything works great, air blows ice cold, electronics all fine, etc. He said he just had a cord for his Ipod installed which comes out the glove box, I'm guessing you just tune into a particular station and that's how it plays. mechanical This car runs and drives super smooth and quiet. It's powerful enough to get going fine but will get very close to 30mpg on the highway. The car drives perfectly straight, it's quiet, it shifts smooth, steering is tight, suspension is quiet, no rattles or problems at all. We've changed the oil and filter. The brakes are over 1/2 life remaining front and rear. The belt looks good and transmission fluid looks like brand new. It's pretty dry underneath, only very light normal seepage, nothing wet. This car is just broken in. Fly in and drive home anywhere! comments This is a great commuter or transportation for someone who doesn't want to spend too much.
