Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a 1965 ford mustang, runs and drives nice. Paint job is about 6 years old (viper red),was striped down to bare metal. The only rust on the car was on the lower part of the doors (a couple of 1/8" holes) that i resently noticed comming back.(starting to bubble) Car has a fiberglass hood with a scoop, not happy with that, makes engine compartment dirty when it rains.There are a couple of scratches,one on the drivers side and one on the passeger side and a small ding on the drivers side front fender as well as a couple of chips (door,trunk lid) but all in all a very nice looking car. It has a 289 V8 engine with a edelbrock four barrel carb and manifold (mainly stock). prior owner said had 40,000 miles on it and i have put 10,000 so 50,000 total. trans has about 11,000. The car has power stering and drum brakes. Inside there are no tears in the seats head liner is good all new door panels and arm rests aftermarket gauge cluster new dash but is not bolted down. I left it loose so i could install stereo. I have a 200 watt 1965 mustang stereo with a 6 disc CD changer,2 6x9 speekers and a dash speeker and power antenna that come with the car not installed installed I also have a new B&M shifter,battery relocation kit,and all emblems and trim not already on the car. The cardboard under the dash for the heater is missing,and fan is not working but still warms car when driving. Needs weathstripping on doors and trunk. this car is my daily driver, not a show car so bid accordingly.
