Documentation shows that this Benz was purchased in Germany by a US serviceman. Bought directly at Mercedes Benz dealer of Marbgurg, Germany, EPA, & California DOT approved. Licensed with a California title since 1991. European model is non-turbo, has manual windows, doorlocks, and manual sunroof (works fine). European interior is cloth, and is in good shape. This car is not equpped with A/C. Due to sun bleach, has a recent paint job close to original color. New Kenwood Am/Fm Cd player and JVC speakers. Owners manual in English and German includes lots of service records. Mileage was 165k in the year 1999. Odometer is inop but all the other gauges work. Also recent service records at a local independent Mercedes service facility. Mercedes diesel mechanic says this Benz would be ideal as a veggie conversion; or, run her on diesel (she runs like a top)!!
