There is no easy way to describe the level of luxury that this trike/trailer combo represents and how marvelous it is. Cost to create this masterpiece of road art was over $47k total, and it is barely getting started, it only has 20k miles on it. The simple description is that this is a 2008 Honda GL1800 Audio/Comfort/Nav Goldwing converted to a trike with a California Sidecar conversion and a Hannigan Sierra trailer. The details take a LOT longer to list! Diamond white with custom pinstriping on both the trike and the trailer sets the luxury mood, and every detail and option that is available is loaded into this rig setup. All of this luxury shouldn't be sitting around, it should be in your life, taking you on trips and making your neighbors and friends so jealous! Just because circumstances change and life is never predictable, we now have to sell this rig for a lot less money than it cost to build it. You can have all of this for more than $13k less than it just cost to build, and you don't have to wait and wait while it gets ordered, built and painted. This set up took months to get built, and you don't want to wait through all of that. You can have the best trike rig ever, and get instant gratification of taking it home with you without the wait. If you shop around and do your homework, you will find that a rig like this can't be built for this price, and you'll realize that this is a fantastic deal. Starting with the Goldwing, it has the ultra desirable Navigation package, with heated seats, premium stereo system and a CB radio installed. The premium performance braking upgrade package is added in the trike conversion, along with a parking brake system. Garmin navigation with all upgrades is built right in and can communicate to your helmet via the built in intercom system. The seats on this rig have been customized with premium lizard skin seat upholstery and upgraded comfort padding and extra support. Passenger armrests complete the co-rider comfort, and a cupholder is installed for the driver. Kuryaken vibration reducing Iso Grips, an adjustable backrest and chrome highway pegs add super comfort for the driver also. A chrome luggage rack is installed on top of the trunk, and there is a vented, oversized windshield. Chrome rotor covers with a Ring of Fire dress up the front wheel and look terrific. Moving to the rear, you'll see the independent suspension trike conversion from California Sidecars, painted and pinstriped perfectly to match the wing. It has an auxiliary 3.4 gallon auxiliary fuel tank added for really carefree travelling, even for long distances. Chrome wheel well trim really sets off the detailed look, and the Ground Effects are also fantastic looking, not to mention an additional safety feature and really makes the ride quieter and keeps all of the dust completely off. Other options added include the parking brake kit, stoneguards for both fenders, trunk carpeting with cargo net and a trunk dome light. Steering is super easy with the Power Trak 1800 steering rake system installed. The rear brakes are also upgraded to high performance and integrated into the braking system of the bike. The cost for the conversion was over $17k, not counting the bike and the trailer! This conversion was done with extreme care and professionalism and has very few miles since the conversion. The Hannigan Sierra trailer completes the package. Every option is added to the trailer, also, to complete the luxury theme. It is a 96 inch overall length by 44 inch wide overall aerodynamic trailer with 12 inch wheels and an upgraded chrome tongue and coupler. It is also color matched with the matching pinstriping throughout. A lighted spoiler adds a dramatic touch and the tail lights are an exact match to the GL1800. The wheels are upgraded aluminum and there is a full spare tire with a cover included. The inside and wheel wells are carpeted, and the frame is powder coated for extreme durability. The front of the trailer is protected by a custom stoneguard bra and the whole thing pulls like it's not even there. The trailer was over $7k to have custom made.
