This 2001 Volkswagon New Beetle is in great mechanical condition. I am selling it due to changes in my personal life, otherwise i would have kept it for quite some time to come. The car drives great and has a lot of power considering it is a 4 cylinder. Please read the entire listing so you can familiarize yourself with this vehicle. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to email me. I have sold a few cars previously, and believe in full disclosure. Mechanical and Aesthetic details: As far as the engine and transmission are concerned, the car is perfect. It has a powerful, strong engine. The AC runs very cold. The car was recently serviced at Firestone. The front two tires are brand new, whereas the rear two tires are almost new. All tires are in excellent shape. The body of the car is in excellent shape as well except for normal wear and tear. It has been very well kept and maintained. All lights, switches, signals etc., work fine. The car is fun to drive, has AM/FM radio, cassette player, as well as a CD option, but you would have to get your own CD changer to connect in the back. Minor Issues: 1. Firstly, the hand break is loose. Since the car is manual transmission, you can easily park the car in gear without any problems ! This is a very minor issue, the hand break needs to be tightened. 2. On the inner panel of the driver's side door, there is a little 1/2 inch scratch where the paint has peeled a bit. If you want a closer picture of this, email me and i will send it to you. Once again, a very minor cosmetic issue. Features: The car like i have said before runs amazingly well. Its is clean and robust. I have not added any extra accessories to it. It is in factory condition. Further, i will get the car shampooed and washed once again before delivery to the winning bidder. Payment: The winning bidder is required to make a $200 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. You have 10 days from winning the auction to pick up your vehicle. If you fail to do that, i reserve the right to forfeit your deposit and re-post the auction. If you cannot pick it up in 10 days, atleast call me or email me and let me know what's going on so we can schedule another more convenient time. As long as you let me know, we should be fine. Title: (Important, please read) This car is financed with my bank. When you purchase this vehicle, i will pay-off my bank, and sign over the title to you immediately. The title is clear. I will also give you a bill of sale, and the car's registration receipt. If you visit me on a business day, we can head to the bank at that very time; if its a weekend, i can mail you the title as soon as i get it via Fedex. Sometimes, as many of you may already know, it may take the bank a few days to get the title to me, in which case i will try my hardest to get it to you as soon as possible.
