2000 Ford F550 7.3L Diesel Utility Body Work Truck We got title to this truck through a mechanics lean. Our customer brought this truck to us for repairs and did not pay for them. We installed five new injectors and repaired various oil leaks including the oil cooler. The truck starts good. It runs good once it is up to operating temperature. It would run better with three more injectors installed so all eight are balanced. The 7.3L diesel engine is much more reliable than the newer 6.0L engines. We have a clean title in our name. This is a heavy duty work truck. The F550 has a much larger rear end, suspension, and braking system. The truck is in good shape except for some light accident damage in the front. The damage does not affect the driving or running condition. This truck runs nice down the road. The driver’s side of the bench seat is worn. The passenger side mirror needs new glass. This truck is ready to work. The box is nice and all the doors work fine. Edmonds shows a truck like this in a F350 version is worth over $6000.00 so this one is priced right for all the extras you get with the F550.
