I have been the owner since 2005, having purchased it from a young man with whom I worked at the time. At the time of that purchase, I was told (and have no reason to doubt) that the engine was rebuilt earlier in the year. The seller at the time, also stated that it was purchased by his mother, approximately 3 years before that. She was a school teacher in Arizona, til moving to Texas, and giving the car to her son on his 18th birthday. Over the last year, the car has been highly customized and modified. It is now 90% complete, from the vision that my son and I first had for the vehicle. I intend to list multiple photos to show the progress and current condition of the car. The vehicle is being sold as is - in an unfinished state - However, all parts to complete the job are with the car, as previously stated, and the work and time involved to do so, should be minimal. The following are exceptions: I am waiting for the door panels to return from the upholstery shop. hey were sent to be recovered in new black leather panels, and I am also awaiting the delivery of the tires and wheels, mentioned above. Both of these should arrive long before the close of auction, and will beon the vehicle by purchase time. However, if they are not - I will gladly pay the appropriate shipping fees to forward the items. As of this writing, the vehicle has lost a freeze plug, and it will need to be replaced. A trailer or flatbed will be needed when picking up the vehicle. The only issues my son and I have not addressed, simply because of time constraints, are the following: The upper dash panel is missing and will need to be replaced, and the headliner is starting to sag toward the back of the car. I hope that I have been descriptive enough to give you a good feel of the condition of the vehicle, and what may be required after purchase.
