I am selling my 1993 VW Cabriolet "Collectors Edition". This was the last year for this VW model and it comes equipped with all of the premium options including heated leather seats! This cabby comes with the standard sports suspension and many more features. This model has with a driver's side airbag. It is a 1.8 liter 5-speed manual transmission - does not slip, is tight and shifts as it should. The exterior is still shiny with very little signs of being a 17 year old car! The leather interior is equally as impressive - no rips or tears in the leather and very clean. Factory alloy wheels with NO "curb rash". ALL NEW tires just put on today! In addition a complete checklist was just done and it will go to it's new "home" with a valid and current NYS inspection sticker. No leaks or problems. Now for the top... The top is black with 2 small tears. I had it inspected by a top auto upholstery shop and confirmed the cables, headliner and insulation are ALL in excellant condition. Does not leak but the previous owner tried to remedy the tears with silicone. One piece of cosmetic vinyl trim is missing but would be a few dollars to fix - I will have this fixed for the new owner. This car has not been modified and is really sharp! Ready to get in, drop the top and go!!! Please remember this is not a brand new car! Although it is extremely clean both inside and out expect it to have some creases and scratches.
