1969 Chevrolet Corvette with hardtop! This was traded in recently after being in dry storage for years. We cleaned it up, tuned it up and here it is. We are not Corvette experts so please bear with me and call or email with questions. This car is not pristine or concours but appears to be very original in most ways and very solid. Engine has been hot rodded big time. Don't believe it is the original engine. We think it is a 350 Chevy now. I will try to get #s off the block and post them. Has a very large lift cam. Not much happens below 2000 rpm. After that it really kicks in. 4 speed transmission shifts well. Tires look good but are old and again vehicle has been in dry storage for several years. Interior looks nice and very original. Tach does not work but speedo does. All the other guages work fine. As shown in photos covertible top does need attention. Drivers door has to be opened with outside handle. Paint looks nice but does have a few chips and scratches. Headlights do not open when turned on. This car should be completely checked out before it is driven due to long storage. Very nice car to restore and enjoy. Recommend trailing from here. As I stated we are not Corvette experts and there can be other issues we don't know about. It has normal surface rust but nothing is rusted out. Valve cover gaskets have dried out and are leaking oil on engine.I have photos of the undercarriage I can email you if you are interested.
