WOW- Another rare find here at The Auto House- One owner, clean title!! 1966 Ford Bronco 4x4 6 cylinder manual transmission- a true survivor!! Super clean inside and out- the color is a dark copper/rust with black interior- it has been repainted at some point in its lifetime and the hood is fading a bit- there is some clear coat pealing around the drivers door toward the top and the tailgate at the top Not too many options on this one besides 4x4 and a front chrome bumper- kick it into 4x4 and it crawls around!! Purchased off the original owners son and there is a whole pile of receipts from the last 20 years. REVISED: I HAD MY MECHANIC INSPECT THE BRONCO TODAY!! The driver's side windshield wiper works but the passenger side is weak- it is vacuum operated and it needs a new vaccuum line. The horn does work with a push button on the dash. The radio works as well with AM only- stock. The brakes are near new and work fine. Engine and tranny are strong! The linkage on the column can use some attention. Between 1st and 2nd gear it hung up a couple of times, and then drove fine. A proper repair would be to replace a bushing in the column which he does not have- The Bronco is almost as stock as you can get! All the wiring under the dash is in good shape! I have the original California black license plates but I have an Oregon title because that is where the owner retired. CA residents have to pay Dmv fees and CA sales tax. All others will receive the necessary paperwork to transfer the vehicle in your state.
