Up for auction is a 1964 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40! It is in excellent, original condition! I bought it as a great restoration project, but don't have the time to put into it. You won't find many '64s in this unrestored condition!! It has the 1F motor and runs great, three on the column transmission shifts smoothly, 4-wheel drive/transfer case works great, it has minor rust (just in the usual spots...door sill, rear right fender well, etc.), has the rare working rear bi-fold door, includes the rear jump seats (need re-upholstered), comes with the rare corrugated original hardtop, odometer reads 55,500 miles, which I've been told are original miles, it has never been cut into, chopped or lifted, has no after-market stereo or speaker holes cut, and it has been a reliable daily driver! This would be an ideal Land Cruiser to be fully-restored!! I'm not an FJ40 expert, so please ask me any questions you may have and I can send more pictures if you'd like. It has a low, reasonable reserve, or just use the Buy It Now for $8500 (or best offer). It's also listed locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due by Paypal within 24 hours, and buyer must arrange for pick-up/shipment (although we will do what we can to help deliver to a local shipper).
