Up for sale is a 1978 Jeep CJ-7 built for trail riding or rock crawling. Motor: 1989 Mustang HO 5.0 liter (302) EFI rebuilt in 2003, dual electric fans. Transmission and transfer: TCI C6 automatic transmission with advance adapters C6 to Dana 300 kit, B&M shifter. Transfer case is a Dana 300 twin stick. Axles: Rear axle is a Dana 60 that has a spool and 5:13 gears, disc brakes and M.O.R.E. offroad 5th link. Front axle is a Dana 44 with a Detroit locker, 5:13 gears, chromoly shafts, CTM joints, 1/4 turn Warn lockouts with a spare lockout hub, high crossover steering with flat top knuckles. Suspension: Skyjacker softride wrangler 2 1/2 lift springs, M.O.R.E. greasable shackles. Tires: Black steel rims(15x8) with TSL Super Swamper Boggers 37x13. Misc: Warn 8000lb winch, RCI fuel cell with Russel fuel lines, stainless brake lines, Auto Meter gauges, roll cage tied to frame, fiberglass front fenders, 4 point seat belts, leather power seats, rear drive shaft has CV at transfer with 1350 U-joints, AGR steering box with M.O.R.E. mount, new power steering pump, high clearance skid plates, new Mojave heater with plenum, Optima Battery, halogen back-up and halogen driving lights, tool box mounted in rear. Soft top: full soft top and doors, couple small tears, rear window zipper needs resewn, all plastic windows in good shape but need to be cleaned. Transmission leaks slightly over time and one tire leaks down over a period of time (bead probably needs reseated. Initial build was done by previous owner but I have done a lot of work on this Jeep. We have driven some great trails in this area and this Jeep will keep up with anything. This is not a show Jeep, There is some trail damage on the body. You are bidding on the Jeep with the winch, if the buyer does not want the winch I would deduct $500 from the purchase price and remove the winch.
